AD Autoscore: Analysis of Treatment Course in Atopic Dermatitis

The study aims to objectively and systematically assess disease severity and treatment response in atopic dermatitis (AD) using 3D whole-body imaging, AI-based lesion analysis, and non-invasive skin physiology measurements (e.g., TEWL, corneometry). Additional data such as blood biomarkers, genetic variants, and sensitization profiles will be integrated to identify distinct AD subtypes and treatment trajectories.
